About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $20.00 per hour and is part of a dynamic team that drives progress in agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other relevant processes.
- Perform tasks associated with general plant, field, and warehouse operations, adapting to seasonal changes throughout the year.
- Accurately monitor automated equipment for processes like harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; willingness to obtain GED within one year if hired.
- Ability to climb, work in elevated areas, stand/sit for extended periods, work outdoors/indoors in various conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motion/lifting.
- Comfortable with technology, possessing good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn company-specific applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and high diligence.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers.
