What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member position at Corteva Agriscience?
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Constantine, Michigan location. As a member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.
You will be responsible for participating in harvest activities such as preparation, drying, shelling, husk oversight, product unloading, and other relevant processes.
Additionally, you will perform a variety of tasks associated with general plant, field, and warehouse operations that evolve with each season throughout the year.
We require the ability to accurately monitor highly automated equipment for processes like harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing, and to actively participate in product return and sorting activities, conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of field and/or agriculture equipment (plows, tractors, forklifts, etc.) and be comfortable with technology, including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
