Cutters Foam Fabricating, Inc. is seeking a 2nd SHIFT foam baler/material handler to join our team. The baler position is fast paced entry level position.
Responsibilities
- Empty all scrap carts timely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attendance.
