Job Description :
Need an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the client's enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC
- Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platforms
- Develop migration frameworks and data mapping strategies
- Create technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrations
- Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems
- Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance
- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Provide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversight
