Note : Need a QA Automation Lead with 12 YOE (Local or Near by states)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) Lead to oversee and drive quality assurance initiatives for our organization. This hybrid role, based in King of Prussia, PA, requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Agile methodologies, testing tools, and frameworks. The TCOE Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing strategies, both manual and automated, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Job Description:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
- Hands-on experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Comprehensive understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
- Expertise in Agile testing methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for test case management and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
