UAT Lead - Cloud Transformation

Experience and Skillset :
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in software testing with strong understanding of the end-to-end process of project lifecycles and testing life cycle. 6 years of Test Management experience in transformation projects
- Experience in testing commercial and consumer cards and payment functionalities such asauthorizations, payments, originations, Interest, fees, disputes and chargeback, collections, statements
- Experience in collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand critical business processes to define testing scope
- Extensive experience in creating test deliverables (test strategy, test plan, test estimation, test scenarios, test report and defect report)
- Identify, log and track defects, host and drive defect triage call with development teams to resolve issues promptly
- Experience in identifying project and product risks with mitigation strategies
- Excellent client facing skills, presentations skills, maintains confidentiality, shares ideas and information, facilitates discussions and transfers knowledge to diverse audiences to achieve collective objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively and liaise on a technical level with Analysts, Product Owners and Developers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to provide guidance to resolve issues, probing and initiating research to identify critical problems
- Good self-management. Takes on high commitments and works to achieve results. Keeps momentum going over time despite setbacks, showing resilience in the face of challenges and looks for ways to beat previous standards
- Experience in advising clients and clearly communicating the benefits of implementing specific quality engineering solutions and identifying areas to add value
- Experience in identifying automatable test cases with clear understanding of return on investment
- Experience in testing Web, Mobile, Mainframe, API and Cloud technologies
- Experience in using Jira, Zephyr, API test tools (Postman, SoapUI, Thunderclient), SQL Server
- Experience of introducing new concepts or strategies that significantly improve or revise the way business is done through to implementation
- Experience in leading and guiding offshore testing teams
