Description
The Administrative Coordinator will support the daily operations of CortiCare’s EEG services at NYU Langone. Having knowledge of EEG procedures is a plus in this role, along with the ability to efficiently manage equipment logistics for patient disconnections. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with hospital staff, vendors, and couriers to ensure seamless coordination of EEG services. The ideal candidate will have experience managing office operations, scheduling couriers and vendors, and maintaining equipment inventory.
Requirements
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Maintain and manage courier pick-up and delivery of equipment in relation to schedules/calendars for patient disconnections and vendor appointments
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication between staff and leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative issues related to EEG services, providing prompt and professional support to hospital staff and external partners
Office & Equipment Management:
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing workspace layouts and organization
- Track and manage EEG equipment inventory, ensuring devices are available, cleaned and properly stored
EEG Support & Data Management:
- Facilitate the day-to-day disconnect process for patients
- Perform meticulous data entry and reconciliation according to CortiCare protocols
- Upload ambulatory EEG studies and attach event logs to company servers
- Remove and clean EEG recording devices after disconnection
