Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely communication and support, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
- Project Support: Help execute marketing campaigns, working closely with senior team members to maintain project timelines, deliverables, and performance goals.
- Collaboration: Serve as a reliable liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that tasks are well-coordinated and progress is regularly reported.
- Budget Assistance: Support the development of proposals, budgets, and contracts under the guidance of senior account leaders.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle project challenges with intelligence, bringing potential solutions to the team for review.
- Learning & Development: Take advantage of mentorship opportunities from senior colleagues to further develop expertise in marketing strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital and media marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
