We're looking for a hands-on Esthetics Instructor to join our team!
The ideal candidate has a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Skin Care Professionals. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive classroom environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage student learning, participation, and engagement
- Grade and review assignments, quizzes, & exams
- Perform effective classroom management and ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
- Passing grades on State Board/Licensure examinations and student licensure rates
- Retention rates and student satisfaction
- Complete other assigned duties, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly organized and professional
- Strong customer service skills and administrative skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
- Minimum of three year(s) field experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- State Esthetician license is required.
- PA instructor's license is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 29 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Skincare: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
