Job Title: District Dental Director
The District Dental Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of dental teams across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to all government and state dental board rules regulations, including CMS, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
- Develop, coach, train, and mentor doctors to reach performance potential.
- Ensure doctors follow diagnostic and preventative ADA and AAPD Guidelines.
- Work closely with offices to ensure programs are effectively managed.
- Ensure doctors provide positive memorable experiences for patients and parents.
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Must have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing patient care.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
