Job Summary:
The District Dental Director oversees the operational efficiency of dental teams at multiple locations, focusing on coaching and mentoring doctors while ensuring compliance with various regulations. This role involves managing personnel, enhancing patient relations, and developing training programs to maintain high service standards.
This position is responsible for the assimilation and smooth operation of productive dental teams across multiple sites. In conjunction with the Chief Dental Officer, VP of Clinical Performance, Chief Field Operations, Regional Dental Directors, and District Managers, this role involves coaching/mentoring all doctors, management and supervision of personnel, client/patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model for office teams.
