Cortwo Corp. is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Technical Product Manager to join our fast-growing startup and take ownership of shaping and driving the development of a cutting-edge global network platform. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the product vision, spearhead cross-functional collaboration, and guide a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders toward delivering transformative solutions.
As a senior member of the product team, you will bring extensive experience in technical product management, a proven track record of leading complex initiatives, and a strategic mindset to influence the product’s long-term roadmap. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define, refine, and champion the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, overseeing the successful launch of multiple high-impact features and products concurrently.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between engineering, design, and business units to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive technical strategy and decision-making, collaborating closely with engineering leaders to architect scalable solutions, resolve trade-offs, and prioritize technical investments.
- Establish and optimize agile processes, owning JIRA for roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and cross-team workflow efficiency.
- Partner with UX/UI design leadership to craft intuitive, user-focused product experiences, ensuring design decisions align with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging a deep understanding of the platform’s current capabilities and emerging industry trends.
- Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback, market insights, and data to define product requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives, with clarity and influence.
- Manage and mitigate risks, anticipating challenges and ensuring the team delivers on time and within scope.
- Perform other related duties to support team objectives and evolving responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 7 years specifically in product management function, ideally within network technologies, security, or data services.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technical products in a fast-paced environment.
- An exceptional ownership mindset, with a history of driving high-stakes projects from concept to market and delivering measurable business impact.
- Deep technical expertise, including hands-on experience with backend systems, APIs, network protocols, and scalable architecture, enabling meaningful collaboration with engineering teams.
- Extensive experience in agile environments, with advanced proficiency in JIRA for planning, backlog management, and process optimization across multiple teams.
- Strong command of product design principles and UX/UI best practices, with a demonstrated ability to lead design collaboration and advocate for user-centric solutions.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence senior leadership.
- Passion for innovation, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving intricate challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is strongly preferred.
