- Oversee organizational documents, ensuring contracts, legal documents, and company records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support executive team operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
- Coordinate and lead internal projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Develop and improve internal communication processes, including meeting management, templates, and email workflows.
- Monitor and enhance operational efficiency within the company's administrative functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or internal communications.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train staff and support executive needs.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage complex workflows.
