Job Title: Home Improvement Sales Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Home Improvement Sales Manager to lead and grow an assigned sales territory. You will manage a team of independent contractor Sales Representatives, collaborate with the Installation team to ensure accurate sales orders and timely installations, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting defined sales metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Train, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve sales KPIs.
- Perform in-home sales consultations as needed.
- Collaborate with the Installation team to ensure accurate orders and timely installations.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain Sales Representatives.
- Conduct ride-alongs to provide coaching and feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in direct sales or a related role.
- Ability to follow a defined sales process and perform in-home consultations.
- Willingness to travel locally, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Experience in the home improvement industry.
- Leadership or management experience.
