Your Impact as an Orthodontic Records Technician
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:
Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Greet patients, tour them through the office, take panoramic and cephalometric x-rays and patient photographs and completing iTero scanning and uploading orthodontic records.
Patient Case Management – Managing Invisalign cases and taking ownership of the records room.
Providing Proper Patient Transition – Partner with our Treatment Coordinator in successfully integrating new patients into the practice and introduce the patient to the Treatment Coordinator.
Supply Ordering – Responsible for restocking, order necessary supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment.

Experience within a dental/medical clinical setting is an asset.

Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
