The Procurement Trainer is responsible for educating new and existing staff on Procurement procedures and client specific protocols.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for teaching new staff the MedCheck Select system and how to maneuver within the system
- Responsible for teaching new staff all client systems used in the Procurement process
- Responsible for new hire orientation to include company and departmental policies
- Responsible for teaching new staff communication tools and proper use and set up.
- Responsible for keeping the training guides current
- Responsible for helping the team with their questions
- Responsible for updating the manager and / or supervisor on all trainees’ progress.
- Responsible for conducting periodic refresher classes as needed
- Assist Support Team with QC, distribution, Email, and documenting procedures
- Assist co-workers, supervisor or management to accomplish product goals and identify any potential issues in a pro-active manner
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of communications
- Additional duties as assigned
- Provides general support to Procurement
- Must have the ability to lead and manage a class of new and existing employees
- This position requires 30 percent travel as needed
- This is an in-office position

PAY RANGE :
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range : $15.26 - $23.28 per hour
