We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Corvias. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support in the day-to-day operations, ensuring uniformity of policies and procedures while being proficient in trades of maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and HVAC.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience in residential property management with an emphasis in facility management and maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Proven competency in 4 trades is required, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and building construction. Certification as a Universal or Type I /Type II technician from an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved technician certification program is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the maintenance team at the assigned location.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance functions including budget oversight, inventory control and procurement, customer service, and training on safety and policy and procedures.
- Champion the Corvias culture, mission, vision, and values, and instill a customer service focus within the maintenance team.
- Lead the recruitment and retention of a diverse team of professionals; create accountability and ownership among team members through communication of clear expectations, supervision, and provision of timely performance feedback.
- Organize team activities to ensure operations are highly productive, resources are appropriately allocated and coordinated, and business goals are met.
