How You'll Contribute to the Team: 

The Lead Installation Manager uses advanced knowledge of product installation operations and best practices to mentor and train the Installation Technicians, Program Managers and their Installation & Maintenance team members. This role will travel across the country to work on various properties and be accountable for leading the installation of Wellness products for any new business pilot projects. The position will assist with the development of training materials and presentations related to quality control, safe installation practices, Vitacorps SOPs EPA and OSHA guidelines. When not traveling the role will work at the assigned location to perform various operations and installation assignments. The position will provide extraordinary leadership, professionalism, organizational skills and customer service, to create an environment of teamwork and a culture of accountability.

Primary Responsibilities Include:    

  • Create materials and deliver consistent training for all Vitacorps installation team members to include office staff, QC and warehouse personnel.
  • Travel to various properties to assist with the installation of Wellness products.
  • Provide leadership and support to the maintenance team at the assigned location.
  • Organize team activities to ensure operations are highly productive, resources are appropriately allocated and coordinated, and business goals are met.
  • Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget and manage department expenditures within approved budget.
  • Ensure uniformity of policies and procedures in managing the physical aspects of the wellness installs.
  • Ensure staff and vendors are trained to follow all local, municipal and state health, safety and building code regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Perform regular physical property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, inventory, and expenditures.
  • Act swiftly in response to maintenance emergencies, coordinating with local teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Specific Requirements Include:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college courses or technical school training strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of progressive experience in residential property management with an emphasis in facility maintenance. Supervisory experience or leadership roles with training experience a plus.
  • Proven competency in 2 trades including plumbing and electrical required; HVAC, OSHA, EPA compliance, or trade skills/licenses a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, and work independently in diverse locations and environments.
  • Ability to organize, troubleshoot and plan the sequence of tasks necessary to complete job assignments on schedule. Experience in tracking progress with inspections, preventative maintenance, and various projects.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, conflict resolution and staff development skills required.
  • Ability to professionally interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels; effective written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proven ability to train, develop, inspire, and lead high-performing and high-impact teams.
  • Computer proficiency and working ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Entrata or property management software a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required with the ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Use of a personal cell phone is required. A Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) stipend is offered.

Exceptional Benefits for Exceptional Team Members  

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. This position is eligible for a discretionary target incentive of up to 10% of the base salary.
