Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Engage Prospects: Greet and assist prospective tenants with top-notch customer service. Provide information on available units, lease terms, and property features.
- Property Tours: Conduct professional property tours, highlighting amenities and showcasing the benefits of living at our properties.
- Application Processing: Guide potential tenants through the rental process, from screening applications to verifying qualifications.
- Lease Agreements: Prepare and manage lease documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and assisting with renewals.
- Marketing & Turnovers: Help implement marketing strategies and manage online listings. Oversee unit turnovers, coordinating with maintenance to ensure units are ready for new tenants.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media accounts to generate traffic and interest in our apartments. This includes promoting brand awareness and enhancing the property’s image through engaging content.
Property Management Support:
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns with professionalism, coordinating maintenance requests to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Maintenance & Property Inspections: Schedule maintenance and repairs, liaise with vendors, and conduct regular property inspections to uphold standards.
- Support Senior Team Members: Assist senior property management team members with various tasks as needed, providing support in their daily activities to ensure efficient property operations.
Administrative Duties:
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate leasing records and assist the Property Manager with performance reports.
- Office Management: Support daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience needed—we're looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
