A successful Condominium Management Company is seeking a professional Assistant Property Manager.
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Board of Directors, and company senior management, the Assistant Property Manager is involved in the management and coordination of all financials, property management, maintenance, and construction activities associated with the management of a residential condominium community association. Must attended evening association meetings on average twice a week.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and business communication and writing skills.
Experience in Condominium and Home Owners Association is preferred but not required. Service Industry or construction background helpful.
Possess a high level of organization skills and attention to detail.
Competence with MS Office including Excel
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
