What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Corvus Construction Company, Inc.?
As an Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Project Management team. The Project Coordinator's responsibilities will entail the successful planning and execution for multiple construction projects under the supervision of PM. The selected candidate for this position will routinely interact with the company President, Project Managers, Operations personnel, clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Assist with the entirety of the project life-cycle, from job setup to project closeouts.
- Utilize construction management software for accurate real time record-keeping.
- Assist with SOV's, subcontractor compliance items, Progress Waivers, Lien waivers, Permit submissions.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documents.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance skills.
- Knowledge of basic construction accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe, and construction management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- 2 years experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of three years of office experience, preferably in similar role
