Summary

We are seeking a Building Maintenance professional to join our team at Corwin Automotive Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment for both employees and customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring attention or repair.
• Ensure that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Assist in the fabrication of necessary components for repairs or improvements.
• Work with other maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on quality work.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
