Exciting Opportunity: Director of Property Management
Location: Evansville, IN
We are hiring an experienced Director of Property Management based in Indiana to play a pivotal role in managing the existing portfolio and assisting in developing new properties and company team goals.
About Our Client:
Our client is an established and highly reputable not-for-profit Real Estate group that owns, operates, acquires, and develops housing for low to moderate-income families.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Develop property's annual budget and asset plan and assist with the acquisitions and sales process for all regional properties.
- Conducts meetings with investor representatives to discuss property operations and performance.
- Supervise the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, marketing plans, and business plans for all communities under direct management; monitor monthly and quarterly financial performances; and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assists the development team throughout the development process, including RFQ/RFP submissions, finance application submissions, investor due diligence, and asset management
- Directs Property Management personnel and monitors the performance of managers and maintenance staff
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 5 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management for multifamily properties - specifically affordable housing
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
