Exciting Opportunity : Multifamily Business Development Executive
Location : Texas-Based
CORY is hiring a Multifamily Business Development Executive who is passionate and driven about multifamily real estate and ready to contribute to exponential growth within an organization that plans to double in size in a handful of years.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader :
Identify and secure multifamily third-party management opportunities while fostering enduring relationships with multifamily owners.
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.
Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.
Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, development consulting, operating performance reviews, market analysis , and general support to existing and new clients.
The Skills & Experience You Possess :
Minimum of 15 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a preference for candidates with business development and a book of business.
Must have a deep understanding of multifamily property management laws and standards.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop winning strategies.
Be a market expert-understand the demand drivers in the MSA's both from a renter and an investor perspective.
Ability to travel as necessary.
