Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and entrepreneurial Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our B2B sales efforts for our souvenir and promotional goods divisions.
In this role, you will help to build out core sales activities and processes, lead the team to implement and develop robust target client lists while driving revenue growth and operational excellence with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership preferably within the souvenirs/promotional products industry, experience in entrepreneurial environments, a passion for data-driven strategy, a strong ability to innovate and adapt to business needs, and exceptional team management skills.
This full-time role is based in our Kent, WA office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000
- Performance Bonus: Tied to achieving a 20% growth target (OTE $150,000–$175,000)

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership and Strategy
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue and margin goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting KPIs and monitoring progress.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the sales team using a scorecard approach to ensure focus and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to set growth targets and align territory and market strategies.
Revenue Growth and Client Retention
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.
- Implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Foster long-term client relationships to support revenue sustainability.
Sales Team Development
- Coach, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals..
- Build a high-performing culture through clear expectations, feedback, and team collaboration.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Cultivate a startup mindset within the team, encouraging ownership and agility.
Operational Excellence
- Apply entrepreneurial thinking to optimize processes and identify creative solutions for scaling sales operations.
- Implement and optimize HubSpot for CRM and reporting, ensuring seamless tracking of sales activities.
- Monitor sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage trade show strategies, coordinate VIP customer events, and oversee team participation during peak event seasons.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and drive business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of demonstrated sales management experience in a B2B environment.
- Entrepreneurial background or experience working in a high-growth, hands-on environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in the souvenirs/promotional products industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
