Job Summary :
The lead service administrator will coordinate tasks and support the administrative staff to maintain a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing a range of tasks with professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and support service administrative functions, including assigning tasks, and working with Service Manager to evaluate performance, provide insight and implement effective strategies
- Help Service Manager to coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, assisting team members as necessary
- Resolve process issues and support team members with problem-solving approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases, managing documentation and filing systems
- Support onboarding and training of new office staff
- Ensure compliance with state, local and company policies and procedures
- Assist in fostering a positive, productive office environment
