We are looking for an energetic Legal Counsel to support litigations, corporate transactions, contract review or legal risk assessment.Job Expectations : General litigation and claims managementCollection / bankruptcy claims managementEmployment adviceCorporate transactionsGeneral legal guidance and support to all business unitsContract review and negotiationSupport on real estate transactions : leases; acquisitions and salesSupport on environmental and health and safety issues.What you need to succeed EXPERIENCEDesired : 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.EDUCATIONRequired : Law Certification / License to practice in Florida or any other U.S. jurisdiction.Desired : JD degree.SKILLSRequired :

Factors that may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for a Potential Annual Award (Bonus) depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.Benefits : The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.Paid time off : Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year.
