These relationships are what make the difference in finiding the exact right person at exactly the right time.Job DescriptionLeading publicly traded media and telecommunications company seeks Senior Manager – Data Governance & Business Process to assist in developing and implementing a Data Governance program across the Company.Defines and establishes governance standards in order to improve data accuracy and confidence in decision-making.Manages functional business participation in data governance activities, including establishment of data definitions, business rules, data quality rules and data accountability.In addition, the Senior Manager provides internal process review and support in operational areas as assigned by Senior Management. Monitors, reviews and assesses processes to ensure management controls (i.e., standard practices, operating procedures, management systems and reporting) are effective. Leads engagements and present findings to Senior Management. Creates and maintains critical enterprise documentation and coordinate with SVP and VP contacts to ensure capture of ongoing business updates.QualificationsQualifications : 5 years auditing background either in public accounting or internal audit5 years management experience w ithin a large customer service organization5 years of experience in project planning and operational analysisStrong background working in a sales, call center or billing environment and fostering relationships and procedures that are mutually beneficial for operational groups to achieve annual goals and ensure complianceAbility to quickly understand complex systems, applications and business processesDemonstrates a strong ability to understand and provide added value to the businesses and teamgoals and objectivesExcellent problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate and facilitate best business practicesCompetencies including teamwork, integrity, flexibility, stress tolerance, and concern for excellenceStrong working knowledge of flowchart creation using VisioAdditional InformationThis is an immediate need, please apply today if you are looking for a true career move with a fantastic company.
