Leading publicly traded media and telecommunications company seeks Senior Manager – Data Governance & Business Process to assist in developing and implementing a Data Governance program across the Company.
Defines and establishes governance standards in order to improve data accuracy and confidence in decision-making.
Manages functional business participation in data governance activities, including establishment of data definitions, business rules, data quality rules and data accountability.
In addition, the Senior Manager provides internal process review and support in operational areas as assigned by Senior Management. Monitors, reviews and assesses processes to ensure management controls (i.e., standard practices, operating procedures, management systems and reporting) are effective. Leads engagements and presents findings to Senior Management. Creates and maintains critical enterprise documentation and coordinates with SVP and VP contacts to ensure capture of ongoing business updates.
