- Provide updated forecasts at the beginning of each month to external manufacturing and packaging partners.
- Create and submit Purchase Orders for finished goods, associated raw materials and componentry.
- Lead Supply Chain meetings with external partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate external manufacturing product launches.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics team.
- Work with Commercial Operations to review bids.
- Update SOPs, initiate change controls and write investigations, as needed.
Education Required: | Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. |
Experience Required: | Knowledge of production planning in a pharmaceutical environment. Experience using SAP or similar ERP system. |
Experience Preferred: | Three (3) years of related planning experience. Three (3) years of working in an ERP system, preferably SAP. |
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: | Proficient in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and word processing (Microsoft Word). Certifications, such as APICS CPIM, CSCP are preferred. |
Company/Industry Related Knowledge: | Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred. |
