Our vibrant studio is the go-to spot for everything from electrifying Taylor Swift dance parties to thrilling murder mystery games, and we need someone like you to make each event shine!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Party & Event Planner, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming ordinary occasions into extraordinary celebrations. You'll work closely with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring every detail is perfectly managed. Think of this role as your playground where every event is a new adventure! While you'll have the autonomy to lead, you won’t be alone—our supportive studio team will be there to assist you with every party.
We host a variety of exciting events, including:
- Kids' birthday bashes
- Fabulous bachelorette parties
- Engaging team-building experiences
- Private bungee and dance parties
- Girls Night Out celebrations …and so much more!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Dreaming up and executing fun, unique party themes for guests of all ages.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to snag the best deals.
- Juggling multiple events each week—and making sure each one is a hit!
- Crafting innovative marketing strategies that get our community excited about studio events and boost attendance.
- Maintaining a diverse network of amazing vendors to bring our ideas to life.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in event planning with a focus on social celebrations (no corporate events here!).
- You have a passion for crafting and décor that you bring to every Superfly bash.
- Your schedule is flexible, and you are available to work evenings and weekends when necessary to make magic happen!
- You’re super organized and thrive in managing multiple projects at once.
- Communication is your forte; you connect easily with clients and collaborators alike.

$$$ Take note:
In addition to the base salary, you will receive tips from happy clients and commissions for events you bring to the studio. The sky is the limit for compensation in this role!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed due to special events
- Weekends when events are booked
