Summary
Cosm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented full-time Senior Real Estate Development Manager to collaborate closely with the Head of Venues Development on our expansion efforts across the United States.
Pipeline Management
Effectively track and nurture a large pipeline of potential site opportunities to ensure efficient execution of the venue rollout plan.
Evaluate potential opportunities through market research, financial analysis, operational assessments and competitive reviews.
Collaborate with both internal and external teams to track and assess opportunities.
Leadership & Communication
Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and changes to key stakeholders.
Address and resolve concerns and feedback from stakeholders promptly.
Project Documentation
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and milestones.
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and development partners to ensure project success.
Industry Awareness
Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and new real estate development and competitive landscapes to inform and guide real estate strategy
Continuous Improvement
Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement across various markets
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the development team on the transaction process, working closely with legal, financial, and development teams to mitigate risk and ensure timely and successful execution.
Enforce quality control standard and procedures.
Conduct post-project debriefs and gather lessons learned for future projects.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business or a related field.
7-9 years of real estate or a related discipline.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional problem-solving with keen attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time across regions as needed
Willingness to work in office when not travelling.
