Summary:
As a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing development of a brand-new Salesforce platform at Cosm. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations, enabling our sales team to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of a new Salesforce CRM system, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and scalability needs.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with third-party applications.
Develop and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and operational metrics.
Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the new Salesforce platform, including data integrity and compliance.
Participate in change management initiatives to drive seamless system rollout, including communication, training, and documentation efforts.
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of Salesforce post-implementation to improve productivity and scalability.
Lead and deliver Salesforce-related projects, including ideation, requirements gathering, configuration, and success tracking.
Conduct routine data maintenance tasks, such as cleanup, migration, and optimization, especially during the transition to the new platform.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data analytics, computer science, or business management.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Loader.
Experience participating in or leading a Salesforce implementation project is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes, with a focus on sales operations.
Advanced Excel and database management skills related to sales and operational data.
Proven ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and deliver Salesforce configurations that meet organizational needs.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
