We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to manage our THREE "sister companies": Cosmedics Med Spa, Payne Orthodontics, Peak Pediatric Dentistry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies across various platforms. You will create engaging social media content, oversee SEO optimization efforts, update the company website as needed, develop graphics for LED outdoor signage, handle email/text marketing campaigns, etc. You will have a weekly meeting with each company. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing, content creation, website design and optimization, as well as the ability to adapt to evolving trends. Position has flexibility to be part-time or full-time, 3-5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Create and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to engage with the audience and promote brand awareness.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize content to increase engagement and reach.
- Website Design & Management:
- Oversee the design, content, and maintenance of the company website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
- Perform regular website updates and improvements based on analytics and trends.
- SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website.
- Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, for search engines.
- Track SEO performance and implement adjustments to improve rankings on search engines like Google.
- Graphics Design:
- Create and design eye-catching graphics for various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Design graphics for LED outdoor signs, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with each company to create branded visuals that represent the company’s style and vision.
- Email & Text Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotions, and product launches.
- Implement and manage SMS marketing campaigns to promote special offers, events, and updates.
- Campaign Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic, and email marketing metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design or a related role is preferred.

Pay: $43,680.00 - $72,800.00 per year
