We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in Dental office management, ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have skills in Open Dental, Billing, Insurance verification and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the office, including clerical duties and front desk activities.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee calendar management for executives and coordinate scheduling of meetings and events.
- Maintain phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries through various phone systems.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Develop and implement office management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Dental office management
- Strong skills in insurance verification, handling patient accounts, calendar management, and supervising staff.
- Excellent phone etiquette with proficiency in managing phone systems.
- Solid clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
