Responsibilities
- Supervise and support office staff in their daily activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation.
- Manage Human Resources for all staff.
- Maintain phone systems, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities as required.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in team management by fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
