Location: Kansas City, MO (Off the 435 freeway and Wornall)

Schedule: Open to full-time or part-time

Position Overview

We're looking for a fun, energetic, and detail-oriented team member to join us as an Executive Assistant. This role is essential to keeping MINT running smoothly and supporting the Managing Partner in a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Coordinating Training: Help book and manage training sessions with our AesthetiCare team members and CPP clinics across the country.
• MINT Filming Days: Assist in organizing filming days to ensure everything stays on track and runs smoothly.
• Training Day Support: Be the friendly face during our 6-8 monthly training days—greet clients, manage paperwork, apply topical numbing cream for MINT trainers, and take before-and-after photos.
• Team Calendar Management: Keep everyone organized by managing the team calendar for birthdays, holidays, and team-building activities.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $40,000 base salary

• 2 week vacation and 3 days PTO
