Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming and organized reception space.
- Assist HR with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing records, and handling confidential documents.
- Generate complex reports and maintain HR databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order office and breakroom supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for HR and other departments.
- Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientations.

- 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist (preferred).
