Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and professional Dealership Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist to join our exotic vehicle dealership team. The Dealership Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The position will also assist our team with tasks and duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of correspondence and daily dealership activities. . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain thorough and effective customer, vendor and staff communication.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining google spreadsheets and organizing documents.
- Following up with customers, maintaining a positive relationship.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies.
- Provide support to staff members as a personal assistant when necessary, helping with tasks and duties.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy is a requirement (mainly Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Adobe).
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices is needed.
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
