Job Title: Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the overseeing of processes of warehousing activities.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to:
- Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assists in the receiving of all incoming goods following related SOPs, including labeling, notating of location and handing in required documentation in a timely manner
- Assist with the warehousing and storage of components
- Assists in the staging of required comportments per the production schedule
- Assists in preparing outgoing goods
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Working closely with other departments to ensure optimal execution of required activities
- Correcting any problems that may arise
- Finding ways to make the warehouse processes more efficient using Lean Ideology
- 5S of warehouse areas
- Working closely with other departments to ensure adherence to established quality standards & procedures
- Following safety and standard guidelines according to SOP's, cGMP, ISO, GLP and FDA Regulation
- Performs any other duties or tasks that may be required of you by the company
- Promotes and demonstrates behavior consistent with the company’s core values and policies
Experience/Skills
- Previous warehouse and inventory experience
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Requires standing lifting and pulling
Education:
- High School degree or equivalent life experience
