- Integration Design and Implementation
- Develop, implement, and manage integration workflows between Monday.com, Cash App, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight.
- Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across all platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
- Technical Oversight
- Configure and manage integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or other platforms).
- Leverage expertise in SQL databases to support and optimize 2020 Insight integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor integrations for errors and inefficiencies, implementing necessary optimizations.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and system compatibility.
- Documentation and Training
- Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and processes.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new integration processes.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in system integrations or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and SQL-based systems (e.g., 2020 Insight).
- Proven track record of managing integrations in enterprise environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and query optimization.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Zapier, or custom middleware.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
