As our CS/Technical Support Rep. you will be the voice of our company. We are looking for positive team members who value our customers and have excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strong attention to detail. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer product and service questions (via phone and email/ ticketing system)
- Technical support (product walk-through, troubleshooting, follow-up procedures, etc.)
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate between customer and repair service centers to resolve customer's warranty claims.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, part orders and complaints through data entry into company systems and databases
- Participate in in-depth product technical training
- Assisting face to face with walk-in customers with their appliance or part purchase
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Other general office administrative duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Customer Relations/Customer Service (2 years Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets/Outlook
- Typing Speed: 50 WPM
- Tech Savvy/Mechanical Aptitude (Plus!)
- Experience using Zendesk, Skype (Plus!)

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Full-Time (Some OT may be required)
