Interactive Medical Systems, a leading durable medical equipment provider, is hiring for a Customer Service Support Representative for their Cypress office.
The CSR Support helps in the customer service department in providing data entry and through processing of orders and communication. The CSR support is also the back up for CSR for general inquiries such as pricing, products, scheduling etc. This position is in the Customer Service Department and reports to the Interactive Medical System Manager.
Primary Job Functions :
- General order intake and processing including data entry into customer database.
- Pre-qualifying and verifying patient’s eligibility status for all payer types.
- Posting daily status reports
- Various other tasks as needed.
