Are you a master of organization and the heartbeat of a productive team? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join our company and keep our workplace running smoothly!

Who We Are:

· We are a small but mighty team of professionals who perform engineering-based studies that optimize tax incentives and provide valuation services for commercial property owners.

· We’re headquartered in Monmouth County, NJ, with satellite offices on the east coast to support clients across the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks including accounts receivable/payables, client communications, invoicing, managing human resources needs, reconciling expense reports, maintaining client/team/sub-contractor data, and scanning completed projects.
  • Support the Team: Be the go-to for staff needs, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Assist marketing director as needed with special projects.
  • Manage Resources: Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate Schedules: Organize staff meetings/agendas, company events, and calendars; schedule site visits and travel for project engineers.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Two plus years of office management experience required.
  • Skills: Strong multitasker with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office software and tools (MS Office, Salesforce, Constant Contact and social media experience a plus).
  • Problem-Solver: Be self-motivated, quick on your feet and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with diverse personalities and pitch in as needed with special projects.
