Job Title: Meat Cutter

Cut, trim and prepare raw meat for sale using saws, knives, grinders, and tenderizers.

• Operate and clean the meat grinder.
• Clean food preparation area and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and package meat products efficiently and accurately.
• Meet productivity standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and promote sales of related products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in meat cutting or butchery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Competitive Hourly Rate: Up to $31.40 per hour
