Job Responsibilities:
- Electrical System Installation – Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential properties.
- Electrical Maintenance – Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on home electrical systems.
- Technical Diagnostics & Repairs – Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring, or fixtures to ensure proper functionality.
- Circuit Breakers & Transformers – Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers for safety and efficiency.
- Blueprint Reading – Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repair.
- Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical work adheres to national electrical codes, state, and local building regulations.
- Customer Engagement – Clearly explain issues, solutions, and recommendations to customers, while providing top-notch service.
- Service Titan Software – Use Service Titan or similar trade software to track service calls, repairs, and maintenance with accurate documentation.
- Safety Standards – Follow strict safety protocols to protect customers, team members, and yourself during installations and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Experience – 3 years of experience as a Residential Electrical Service Technician or similar role.
- Licensing – Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations.
- Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, components, and diagnostics.
- Service Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform efficient and accurate work while ensuring code compliance.
- Customer-Focused – Strong communication skills to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners.
- Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to electrical installations and repairs.
