Cottey College seeks a seasoned professional to serve as its Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Reporting to the President, this individual will lead the College's fundraising efforts, developing and implementing strategies to engage key donors and achieve annual fundraising targets.
With a strong track record in institutional advancement, the ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working directly with a constituent relationship management system, as well as a bachelor's degree and a proven ability to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to engage key donors
- Advise on major gift solicitation and direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts
- Oversee the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of major gift prospects
- Collaborate with the President and the President's Council to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least five years of relevant and increasingly responsible experience in institutional advancement
- Experience working directly with a constituent relationship management system
