Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective account management and booking calls.
The Big Task
This is a full-time position. You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming/outgoing customer calls into booked service appointments. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively while addressing inquiries, resolving issues all while providing exceptional service.
Key Sub Tasks
- Learn the call scripts in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with homeowners.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager and department managers when necessary.
- Meeting KPI expectations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at various levels
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience is required
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Trades experience is a plus
