Working directly with our Head of Marketing, you'll help shape how we connect with clients and employees while elevating our reputation in the industry through professionally executed events.
The Role
As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll lead the logistics and execution for our diverse portfolio of events, from industry summits to recognition ceremonies. Working with our Marketing team, you'll transform creative ideas into well-executed events that support our business goals.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end event logistics for all internal and external events.
Lead onsite event execution, ensuring smooth operations and positive attendee experiences
Build and maintain vendor relationships to bring events to life, from venue selection to day-of production
Create and track event timelines and budgets
Improve processes through post-event analysis and best practice development
Domestic travel for event execution (approximately 10-15 events annually, mostly same-day)
Occasional evening and weekend availability for events
What You'll Need
Proven track record in event logistics and onsite management
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple events while maintaining quality
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
Solid vendor management and negotiation abilities
Skills in building effective cross-team relationships
Budget management experience
The Day-to-Day

Managing vendor communications for upcoming events
Updating project timelines and budgets in Asana
Coordinating with Marketing team on event materials and deadlines
Creating detailed run-of-show documents
Leading pre-event planning meetings
Problem-solving last-minute event adjustments
