The annual salary for this position is within the range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.

POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to attract, source & hire world class talent to COG USA. As a key member of our People team, you will support the Cotton On Group strategy in the United States by effectively partnering with your business teams to fill positions with qualified and talented people. You are responsible for managing both the internal and external full-cycle recruitment and hiring process for designated market / brand / functions for both part-time and full-time employees. You will also partner to provide relevant training to hiring managers on best practices and legal requirements for hiring candidates in a fair and consistent manner that follows all applicable local, State and Federal laws.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
- 5 years of Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition experience (Retail industry preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Strong ATS Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
